A+ Staffing is hiring experienced bartenders and servers for the SMU 2024 Football season. Join our dynamic team at Gerald Ford Stadium as a Stadium Club Bartender or Server. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

We are hiring for the following positions:

Stadium Club Bartender – upscale environment with full bar. Credit cards only.
Stadium Club Server/Buffet Attendant/Runner – support food and beverage operations in the Stadium Club.

Schedule:
8/31 SMU vs HCU
9/6 SMU vs BYU
9/21 SMU vs TCU
9/28 SMU vs Florida State
11/2 SMU vs Pittsburgh
11/16 SMU vs Boston College
11/30 SMU vs California

We are seeking staff who can commit to working all games or most games.

***Shift times are not available yet. Applicants should be flexible to work any shift as needed on the days listed above.***

Location: Gerald J Ford Stadium - 5800 Ownby Dr, Dallas, TX 75205

Requirements:
Current TABC License at the time of your interview and maintain throughout the season (ALL POSITIONS).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Additional Requirements For Stadium Club Bartenders:
Proven experience (at least two years) as a bartender in a high-volume setting, preferably in a hospitality or sports environment.
Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes.

Pay:
Stadium Club Bartender - $18.00 per hour + tips
Stadium Club Server/Runner - $19.00 per hour
